I'm not 100% sure but from what I know It's your GFX Card. An nVidia 8600 or greater is recomended since it has dx10 support. But 8800gt is what i'd go for at least and it's not that expensive(like $200 - around there or more). With the new gsdx plugins that are out you will get an increase in spead since it you'll be able to use pixel shader 4 but other than that your fine. Have You tryed using USB sticks to increase performance and also increasing you virtual ram? Hope that helped a bit Kallouba Smile

-My Specs Are: 2005 ASSUS Motherboard,
-3ghzP P4 HT(sometimes overclocked to 3.25ghz),
-AGP Saphire Radeon HD3850 512MB (sometimes overclocked @ 776/1026(x2)),
-2GB DDR400 Kingston RAM (Dual Channel),
-1 4gb Kington 100 Thumb Drive, 2 Electro 4gb Thumb Drives, 1 2gb Kingston 110 Thumb Drive too boost performance using eboostr,
- My operating system is XP SP2

Your hardware is too slow. Especially the graphics card. Update to a Geforce 9800 or newer, and either replace your CPU or overclock it. You won't achieve anything close to full speed on your current hardware no matter what you do.

That video card is near old better change it to 8600 or higher and also try OC your CPU up to 2.66~risky 3Ghz or change it to E8400 or higher.
Main Hub:i5-4670(3.4Ghz Factory Clocked),ATi Radeon HD7770(GDDR5+128-bit+1GB),Win 10 SL(x64),ASUS H8M-E,8GB DDR3 RAM
