How do i install the 32 bit dependencies? I upgraded the libstdc++6. Now i get another error, and how do i install the other stuff? This is what it shows again.

well I don t know how to install 32 bits lib on your distribution. Maybe check if it supports multiarch.

Did you upgrade the 32 bits version of std++ or the 64 bits one ?

Linux Mint 9 is really old, mirroring Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid Lynx). Present version for multiarch (the kind Ubuntu currently uses) is possibly coming to the Debian version of Mint but not sure yet for the Ubuntu/Mint spin. It looks like for version of old Ubuntu/Mint multiarch you have to use the old ia32-libs method (or for a headache, make a chroot) or just completely reinstall your system with a more current OS that supports present multiarch method. The ia32-libs method is not recommended for some reason.

I found this recent thread on Mint to help with old ia32-lib method to install 32bit dependencies. Just look at your error messages in your terminal to help you determine which ones to install. Smile
