srwz?
what game is that?
don't be lazy to write the name

1. ur frequency is kinda slow to run any the emu especially 3d games..
recommend speed is C2D 3.5GHz
2. what graphic card?
3. i don't recall vista have dx11
4. all depends on the game and what ur setting playing those game

i suggest u used a desktop to play this emu as laptop is not for gaming except gaming specific laptopsTongue
and overheating issues to bare in mind
ur might get slowdown here and there

cpu - not fast enough, most games will run at half or quarter speed
Graphics - from your model, im guessing you have intel integrated graphics , which is not suitable for gaming
ram - 2 GB is enough

i agree with Renshijo, laptops are not for gaming as they are not designed for that purpose
perhaps invest in a desktop pc with a decent cpu and a reasonable graphics card in the future
PC specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom II @3.2GHZ X4
RAM: 4GB DDR3 memory @1600MHZ
GPU: ATI Radeon 4850 1GB DDR3
OS: Win XP Pro 64bit /Win 7 64bit RC

I absolutely LOL'd, a lot of games become playable under the right tweaking, even in that pc (this comes from someone who has emulated under a 1.6 CD, so figures) using native or 512x512 resolution and activating speed hacks
mmmm... while I don't remember having an update for that, supposedly Vista does (or will) support DX11, and as long as the integrated card is the better model of intel at least he will be able to play most stuff decently... although I do suggest you to buy a cooler or fan, lately I haven't played a lot since the temperature of the cpu skyrockets to 95°, need to get it to service -.-U

oh, and I guess that the game is Super Robot Wars Z, am I right?
My Laptop:
CPU: intel T4200 @ 2.0 ghz
GPU: Intel GMA X4500M
Ram: 3 Gb DDR2
SO: WinVista Home Premium // Windows 7 Ultimate x32

perhaps integrated GPU that sucks like my lappyTongue
need few tweaks to run a game to decent speed

i think intel lappy GPU can barely support DX10
mine can'tTongue
