MAN I am thankful to You all all because you have solved my problem but i need to ask you that now my game starts the sound also comes but the screen dose not comes please help me in this matter and i am so thankful to all of them who had posted on my topic and tried to solve my problem.

Your gpu is old and unsupported.
You could press F9, but since your cpu is old too, the game will be unplayably slow.

Better play it on your ps2 until you can afford a decent machine.

if it's another case it is your long overdued video card may not have at least 2.0 of the pixel shader
