INSERT PLAYSTION or PLAYSTATION 2 FORMAT DISK

I cant PLAY my PCSX2 , i want to PLAY Resident Evil 4 but when I tried to RUN BOOT (FAST), it SHOWS me "PLEASE INSERT PLAYSTION or PLAYSTATION 2 FORMAT DISK"
Im using an ISO file
HELP ME PLEASE I WANT TO PLAY RESIDENT EVIL 4 IN THE REST OF MY LIFE

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Play it from the DVD. It will work that way.
