ISO wont load

I'm new to emulators and after two days of searching this forums for a solution I'm still unable to play my FFX.

Computer info - Windows Vista Home Basic 32-bit SP2 Intel Core2 Duo CPU T5250 @ 1.50GHz 2.0GB RAM NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS PCSX2 1.4.0 

The laptop is probably about 10 years old now so I don't know if that's my problem. 

I load my ISO file in the bios and nothing comes up in PCSX2

This is where I'm stuck. Can anyone think of what I'm doing wrong?
