Image quality [resolution?] problem

Does anyone know how to get better image quality when playing ps2 games on pcsx2 playground?

I have strong pc so i dont care about how much fps it takes.

In graphic option i set the resolution for "native" but it looks bad. (pixels)

I have 22` LCD videscreen.

but some games have problems with 2D Sprites after that.

I see some changes, i mean, the image looks more sharp, better, but it looks like "double", it looks like every fighter have a ghost, so i see one sharp fighter and his "shadow" "ghost".
