I'm new here so apologies in advance if I make any faux-pas in the process.

I've recently been playing Armored Core 2 and while it's been running pretty well after some tweaks, I've run into a problem where I can't play past a certain mission (Infiltrate STAI Battleship- the second to last mission of all things.) I've read that there can be issues with the game and FMV sequences but this is the first time I've experienced any problems in my playthrough. As soon as it goes to the loading screen the game freezes up on a blank screen. Resetting the game doesn't work and I have to load the previous state typically, or restart the emu entirely.

I've tried adjusting the settings and even going back to a default. I'm running a Radeon RX 570 series GPU if that helps with anything.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.

You may appeal this decision by proving that you own the item in question and disposing of any pirated copies. Staff will want to see some visual proof that you own the item (E.g. A picture of the item with your forum username and the current date on a sticky note next to it).
