Before you ask i switch the europe Bios to this one:
USA v02.00(14/06/2004)

and the "blue line Bug" is fixed for me and the Game run every time betwen 47-50 FPS

But here is my Problem:
In the cutscenes the game rush to 8-20 FPS and the sound goeas to slow motion and electric.

why runs the game play so wonderfull but the cutscenes are so slow ?
has anyone an idea ?
