I found a thread with the same problem, but no solution.
Can you help me, by solving or showing me a new bios. I think that my bios is old.
My bios are USA v01.60(07/02/2002) i have too an bios from Japan of 2000 yaer.

I dont believe for a second you own a japanese v1 PS2, we wont support piracy.
