Is it possible to get better quality then this?

heres a link to my current settings and a picture with what they look like on KH1 opening menu, really want to get the best quality i can get while playing any PS2 games

my PC specs are
CPU: 4670K OC'ed to 4GHz
RAM: 16GB corsair vengeance
MOBO: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming
GPU: ASUS mars 760x2
OS: Windows 10 64bit

1. Run the Git 1.5 builds   http://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/ it has improved visual quality and other improvements.

2. You will want to look into shaders and filtering to improve 2d elements since simply increasing internal resolution is of limited benefit.

Yeah, use opengl, force trillinear texture filtering, anisotropic filtering and fxaa.

Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti

Also since that title screen is 2d only its NOT going to upscale and neither is the HUD ingame just the playing field itself will upscale so the 3d models are going to look a lot better at 4x then at native. Just a heads up so try going in game befor eyou complain about the looks of the game at 4x.

theres some lag happening in cut-scenes which is a tad annoying, slows down to 40ishFPS, anyway of fixing this?

which scenes ?
what do the ee% & gs% say when it lags ?
