Is my computer enough for PS2 emulation?

I wanted to ask if my computer is good enough to emulate games on pcsx2 maximum?

Here's my system:

Windows 7 Beta
AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+
2048 MB (DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM)
ATI Radeon HD 4830 (512 MB)

i think that the speed of pcsx2 emulator will give you more than or near about 75 percent speed depend on game @ 2d or 3d

You wont get full speeds, but it should run some decently with all speedhacks. Also depends on the game.

As what I have known, pal magna carta runs on a decent 50 fps but has some bug errors..I dont know if it is completable.. and Mortred is right, it depends on the game..
