Question
Hey there people. Im new here. I Installed the new PCSX2 0.9.7 version and i can't play games very well. Maybe i have some wrong settings or maybe my computer is slow.

This are my computer specs:

Processor: AMD Athlon Dual Core X2 3800+ 2.00ghz
Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600gt
RAM: 2gb
OS: Windows Vista

And my PCSX2 settings:

GS: GSdx 3068 (MSVC 15.00, SSE2) 0.1.16 [gsdx-sse2-r3068]
PAD: LilyPad svn (r2930) 0.10.0 [lilypad-r2930]
SPU2: SPU2-X r3117 1.4.0 [spu2-x-r3117]
CDVD: cdvdGigaherz (r3006) 0.8.0 [cdvdGigaherz]

GS Settings:

Renderer: Direct3D9 (Hardware)
Interlancing (F5): None

*D3D Enhacements*
D3D internal res: 1024 x 1024 (my monitor is 1440 x 900)
Or use scaling: 1x (Use 3d Internal)

Texture Filtering Checked
Logoritmic Z Checked
Aplha Correction Checked

Everything else unchecked

The games run with pretty bad sound, it's slow like hell..

Does someone know what to do?? Some hack or some settings??

And yeah i use CD-s, not ISOS.

Thnx.

depends on the game, but anyways :
- dump isos from your DVDs
- yes, you cpu is quite slow for pcsx2
- lower d3d internal res
- try some speedhcaks 1 by 1

all of this should help you in any case

Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
