I agree! The plugin even works perfectly in DX11 for v0.9.8, I tried to load the plugin for the latest dev version 1.3.1 but it doesnt recognise the plugin, but other than that it work with SMT Nocturne aswell so Im pretty happy here.

I dont think that the plugin interface changed between version 0.9.8 and 1.3.1 . possibly you are missing one of the dependencies and I would guess it is related to sdl. Maybe check the old version for some sdl[*].dll and add it to your pcsx2 folder or run dependence walker on that dll to find the missing libraries.

Interlacing is a mode of video output for old CRT TVs, and some PS2 games only output interlaced output. To make it look good on a "normal" progressive display (like computer monitors or new TVs), it has to be deinterlaced. It's actually true, I've got a modern TV and when I put an original PS2 on it, FPS seems to be OK, while when I'm using PCSX2 it seems like FPS are the half and some sort of ghosting appears.
