Intel DualCPU isn't that bad. But you need a decent Graphics Card like GTX or Radeon HD series. Windows 7 needs 2GB of RAM (recommended)
SPECS:
i7-2630QM
NVIDIA GT540M
500GB SATA
4GB DDR3
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
Windows 8 Pro 64-bit

Acer Aspire 4750G

I have 4Giga Ram but my windows 7 is 32 bit so it cant use
the maximum..it has a limit..
well i am not sure but i think that my graphic card can be updated
by the manufacturer..
But i am not so sure about that,,
