you actually are wrong, sp3 supports what sp2 does and even more (most new programs need sp3 to even get installed)

both should be ok, but upgrade to SP3, just in case...

The software renderer definitely made things look better but things ran slower too. Pressing shift+F4 helped A LOT. Laugh The cut scenes are still very laggy but overall it's a lot easier to play. If I OC'd my cpu slightly I'd probably make it closer to 60 fps in game (I'm getting anywhere from 40-60 when there isn't a cut scene going on)
