Issue Gran Turismo 4
#1
Hello, I'm new in emulation, I wanted to play GT4 on pc because PS2 resolution sucks and I don't like playstation gamepads. So I dumped my PS2 bios and installed pcsx2. Works fine on all my PS2 games : Burnout, SW Battlefront 2, Midnight Club etc ... But on GT, the game starts and stucks at the screen where are "put your security belt", trademarks etc ...
The game is a PAL (like all my games) DVD, pcsx2 1.2.1, GSD I tried all (DX9 DX10 hard & software).
Config :
i5 4670k
GTX 770
8 GB RAM
Thanks and sorry for bad english

1- make an iso out of your DVD instead of running from the disc.
2- uninstall pcsx2 and install it again, but this time, in a custom folder ( not program files)
3- create a blank portable.ini file in pcsx root directory.

Then try again

Thanks !!! You're amazing Wink
But I think it's weird that the iso works and not the DVD ...
Anyway, I can play without the DVD.
