I'm hoping to get this working, so any help would be greatly appreciated. As a new user having followed the setup guides, beyond those, I have no idea what I'm doing.

Edit: I'm having the same issue with another game (Star Ocean 3). By the looks of things, it might do this with every game I have.

looks like you're trying to run the .img file located on your PS2 DVD.
are you trying to run from your original PS2 DVD, or did you make an Iso from it ?

I'm running it from the original DVD. I'm not entirely sure why it isn't working that way, but if getting the ISO and putting it on my computer is the only way to get it to work, I could try (so long as it won't render the original disc inoperable).

Of course will not get the disk inoperable Smile actually will help protecting it in it's case.

Use a freeware called Imgburn to make the disk copy. It's simple and works well with PCSX2, what means it works well for everything.

PCSX2 is very sensible to timings, the DVD being slower may be not the only reason to prefer using a disk image.

Haha! It worked like a charm! I managed to get .hack//G.U. and Front Mission 4 working just fine, and it looks like most of the others oughta work just fine. Thanks again for all of the help.
