Issues running games....STILL
#11
About why some games run faster and are less demanding, it is not so different from why PC games have different requisites also.

In emulation that is aggravated because a game seemingly easy may be so "misbehaving" that circumvents all the optimizations implemented on PCSX2 and so is emulated the "hard way".

Edit: game developers are inventive also, they may find the most out of standard way to code their games to get the last drop of performance from PS2, and that method might be something that confuses the emulator and may cause many types of problems, from raw performance drop to severe "translation" glitches.

You are refering to ffx-2 fmv benchmark.
That doesnt necessarily mean blitz will give good results...
What do the ee% and gs% say when you try to run that game ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

I have no idea il check soon
im boosting the framerate to about 200% insted of 100% and im getting 80-100 fps (in menu (for FFX-2))

200% speed
EE: 30s-50s spikes to 60s
gs: 50 rangeish
vu: 40 range

they are all over the place spiking depending on fps
thats why its so hard to give a exact number because 1 minute no fps lag and then boom alot of lag
