So I want to uninstall PCSX2, I've deleted what I can of the emulator, but it won't let me delete the "Program" and it say's 'Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.' Now, this makes me worried to think that this is a virus, and it's doing the same thing with a Playstation 1 Emulator.

If you are encountering the problem after deleting things, that makes sense.. I'm assuming you're having issues removing it from the windows control panel application (programs and features)?
I'm not where I can do this search right now, but you can remove it from the registry manually and it will disappear from that list. It's possible you're not seeing a UAC prompt asking you to elevate permissions.. Only admins on a default install are allowed to uninstall from that program. If you want a full manual removal.. delete everything, download the portable version and then regsrv32 /u and the name of every dll you see in there (yes, you can break things doing this.. thats why they make uninstall scripts), then rip it out of the registry which will remove it from the program list. Then check in .. your user profile.. possibly under %appdata% for information there delete that.
I can attest, as hundreds of other users on this forum can, that if you got it from the pcsx2.net website's download section.. its virus free..
