Jak 3 Crash error

Every time i try to run Jak 3, everything seems to be alright but then it crashes immediately after the first screen (part of the screen turns green then a black screen) and after gives me this message. plz help

what version are u using cuz i can play jak 3 fine but have u got a broken or damaged disk or did u download it cuz mine i brought and it works fine

my version is 0.9.6 with Mac OS X 10.6.8 and i downloaded it but i bought the game it just broke. i have a 13" inch Macbook, 4 gigs of ram, intel core 2 duo 2.4 ghz, and an NVIDIA GeForce 320M

What do you mean it broke, a game doesn't simply break. Anyway, I'm not sure if others can help you in this case.

alright if you cant help I'll mess around with some stuff and i mean i bought it on disc and the disc got scratched.
