Jak and Daxter Weird Glitch

Hey just wanted to know if anybody else has run into the frozen character glitch in Jak and Daxter 1.
Pretty much, whenever there is meant to be a cutscene in game, it doesn't show it and instead the character is frozen and unable to move, only the camera can be moved.
Im using the latest version of pcsx2 with the following plugins:
GS - GSdx 5875 AVX2
PAD - LilyPad
SPU2 - ZeroSPU2
rest I have not changed
BIOS - USA v0.2.20
The game is being played from an ISO
If anybody knows how to fix this it would be awesome.
My specs:
CPU - 4670k
GPU - GTX 770
RAM - 8Gb
Windows 8.1

please post the emulog.txt after it freezes. (you'll find it in mydocsx\pcsx2\logs or in pcsx2 root folder\logs
