Joystick mouse setup?

I, like probably someone else has asked but i cant find it, want to know how to set up my mouse like a joystick. i want its position to reflect on a joystick. not the axis but its X,Y location on the screen. can someone tell me how i do this? I'm very stuck on a part of a video game that requires the circular motion of a joystick. i cannot do this currently with the WASD keys as they go up down left right and the corners.

jeez, i think i might have been a bit rude in this...

Also i dont have a controller, nor the adapter.

Also the drop down box under configure is always grayed out so i cant selsct it.
