Yes. All of this stuff is possible because of some new features available in OGL. D3D has no direct equivalent, which is why porting will take some time.

i don't suppose anyone could give me the correct settings? i have been messing for like 2 hours now. whilst i can get the game to run in HW mode the FR drop to 10 - 20fps making it quite unplayable.

my system is:

Intel® Core™ i7-2700K CPU @ 3.50GHz

8gb ddr3

AMD R9 270x OC 4GB


if you need any more info please let me know.
