KH2 FM+ quality issue

I randomly just started having a problem with kh2fm+. The entire game screen is darker than it should be and you can see horizontal lines across the entire screen. It's not my computer screen as everything looks fine. I noticed the change right about when I got to the timeless river. I've played around with video settings, but it doesn't seem to get better and i can't find any fixes anywhere as of yet.

I'll be honest, I've only had this thing for about a week, so I honestly don't know. Everything is on default, I haven't changed anything except game pad configuration and which graphics card I'm using, but that was after this started. Sorry, I'm still learning it

EDIT: I just found it, no I'm not using msaa
