Well, it made the ISO run better but it still crashes occasionally. Dont know what to do :/

No Im not using any cheats, thats the thing. But i just noticed that the patch didnt work. Or did i do smth wrong? I tried the patch on another japanese ISO I found on the internet and It didnt patch it properly. How do you patch it properly?
