Keyboard not working on PCSX2

For some reason whenever I boot up a game (Example: Budokai Tenkaichi 3) every single control doesn't work except for the x and start button, I tried everything from quitting PCSX2 and reopening it and clicking on mapping and setting it to suit keyboard controls, it just wouldn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):
