yes it's true i can confirm

when the kinect realised a hacker team hacked the cam....
but it wasn't against the privacy............

Alex Kipman said:

'Kinect was not actually hacked. Hacking would mean that someone got to our algorithms that sit on the side of the Xbox and was able to actually use them. Which hasn't happened. Or it means that you put a device between the sensor and the Xbox for means of cheating, which also has not happened. What has happened is someone wrote a open-source driver for PCs, which essentially opens the USB connection, which we didn't protect, by design, and reads the inputs from the sensor.''

it means everyone can develop the kinect drier for xp, vista and linux.

I don't understand, you want to move the PCSX2 window with your hands? Or configure it so that, like, stretching out your right arm presses X? Doesn't sound that fun but I'm not into motion controls or this EyeToy wannabe Laugh

Well i at least figure eyetoy emulation might someday be possible with this thing. So there could actually end up being a use. I think someone got a Wiimote to work with some ps2 games. Maybe not though, would be complicated. And might not interest the emulator coders.
System- Lenovo Ideapad Y560
CPU- Intel Core i7 Q740 @1.73GHz-2.93GHz
Memory- 6GB DDR3

it would be interesting with the Soul Calibur III

As no PS2 game was designed for Kinect style control, it wouldn't be very useful to support.
Good for a laugh maybe but not much more.

Basically any webcam should be able to work as an eyetoy as far as I know, the problem is no one seems interested or has made an eyetoy USB plugin so it wouldn't help much as it is Tongue2

I think I'll pass this new toys and stick to the good old joypad! Someone will think I like old school, but it's just I wait for sth better, which this ain't, but maybe this:

well, that's more like it, I'd switch to it the first day of its release!
