Kingdom Hearts Feezing Issue

Okay, so I am trying to run an iso of KH1 and at one point in the early tutorial Sora enters a door which shines a bright light and the screen goes white.
At this point my video freezes on the blank white screen but the audio seems to go on. It even responds by pausing when I press start.

Is there anything I can do here or should I go and find a different iso for it? Also, if it's very technical, I'd ask for it in layman's terms, because I'm a newbie when it comes to this! haha

The only iso you can technically get is one from your own game. If there is a problem with the iso you can try redumping the game using Imgburn as it works best in my opinion. What does the emulog say?

Well, the ISO I have isn't really from my own game considering I don't have it.

Additionally, I'm afraid I'm clueless enough not to know much about my own computer here.
