Kingdom Hearts II 60 FPS help

Hello. I was just wandering if you could help me getting my PCSX2 emulator running Kingdom Hearts 2 at 60 FPS. It has a 50 fps limit, but it can go over 500 fps with turbo on.

PC specs:
640 GB HDD
4 GB DDR3 (RAM)
Intel Core i5 (-480M)
NVIDIA GT540M (2GB)
Windows 7 Professional

PCSX 2 Version is 0.9.8, so the latest stable build for now.

60 FPS is for NTSC games and 50 FPS for PAL games so I guess yours is PAL. So there is no problem there
