Kingdom Hearts Low FPS

i have :
8800GTS 512mb
Quad Q9300
4GB RAM

it has ok fps but sometimes in battles it lags VEEERY MUCH and in some areas it freezes for some time...can anyone tell me the best config to play it smoothly??..

set x2 Cycle Rate, IOP x2, INTC Sync, VU Cycle Steal to Large and Idle Loop in speed hack , and all four Flush to Zero and Denormals are Zero for config->advanced (that's the best config to run it, but i'm not sure if it'll be smooth )
