Is it possible to apply a cheat that would reverse the effect of the original cheat?

This is the one I used:

I'm not sure how to reverse it... I've tried deleting the cheat but apparently the settings are saved on there, like the infinite munny and items

Sorry, here is an off topic.
That's why I mostly post cheat codes including init codes like this.
Some cheats/values are automatically reset when disabled but some are not.

To clarify what tadatada is saying(I think):

In addition to the cheat codes, he also posts codes to restore the values to default. Which is very useful.

Ohh, I see, thank you that makes sense!
Can only the creator make a restore for the cheat or can anyone?
I'm really bummed out about this Sad
Although it makes the game easier, It's not as thrilling anymore

Assuming you can figure out what memory locations were modified(and you could from the cheat), if you used a tool like cheat engine to look at what the original values were, then theoretically you could restore them that way.

That's right.
If I were Makototueres, I would do what Blyss Sarania mentioned.

Ahhhh, I'm not advanced at all in these type of things... Maybe I should try to ask the creator of the cheat if he's done any restore codes before or could help me out?

Did you get it fixed?

I would have a look at the memory locations myself, but I don't own this game believe it or not.

If using Cheat Engine as a memory viewer, it is not difficult.

1. Download and install Cheat Engine.
2. Run pcsx2 and load the game.
3. Run Cheat Engine.
4. The color of the button on the upper left screen will be changing. (Red -> Green -> Red ...)
5. Click the button. "Process List" will appear.
6. Select "xxxxxxxx-pcsx2.exe" (x is hexadecimal)
7. Click "Memory view" button on the center left screen. "Memory Viewer" will appear.
8. Click right mouse button on the down-side screen, context menu will appear.
9. Select "Goto address".
10. Enter the address "2" + right-hand 7 digits of the cheat address.

e.g.
patch=1,EE,xYYYYYYY,extended,ZZZZZZZZ -> 2YYYYYYY
patch=1,EE,00836BC8,extended,0000005F -> 20836BC8 (The first digit must be "2")

11. In the case of the attached image, the values are below.

If type "0" code, the value is 5F. (1 byte)
patch=1,EE,00836BC8,extended,0000005F (The cheat what you want)

If type "1" code, the value is 605F. (2 bytes, not 5F60)
patch=1,EE,10836BC8,extended,0000605F

If type "2" code, the value is 6261605F. (4 bytes, not 5F606162)
patch=1,EE,20836BC8,extended,6261605F
