Klonoa 2 Graphical Glitches
Running the NTSC-U version on the latest pcsx2. The game runs great and at full speed, but there are some serious graphical glitches as with the attached image. There are black boxes around the characters, items, HUD and trees. Is this fixable or does it need to go in bug report?

Did you test various settings? Like GSdx software renderer, EE/VU clamping to full and extra+preserve sign, or the old SuperVU legacy recompilers??

Tried the clamp modes, they didn't make a difference. But, it works fine with software rendering. So I guess it's a plugin issue right?
disable or enable "allow 8 bit textures"
OS: Win 7 Ultimate x64 sp1, MoBo: Asus P5QD Turbo, CPU: Q6600 @ 3,0Ghz, RAM: Trancend 2x2gb 6-6-6-18 800 MHz, GPU: HD 4850 1gb.
Pcsx2: Always Latest
Yes it's one of the many bugs GSdx hardware mode has then.

Thanks for the help. I tried the other settings. It's better but not perfect. The main problem comes from Alpha Correction (FBA). If I turn that off, the black fill in the boxes dissapears, but a thin black outline of the boxes remains. Anyway, it runs full speed in software mode, so I'll stick with that.
