GDSX and probably your emulation settings. and an emulog that can be found in either under pcsx2 in logs in documents for the installer version and in your pcsx2 folder that you unpacked to for GIT.

Try the lastest Git, You are using an outdated version of pcsx2. 1.2.1 vs 1.4.0 stable. and 1.5.1 Git.

When you go to the main site, under "download get pcsx2 here" you will see an option called GIT, Click it and it will bring you to the page of changes, Click download on the newest one, then on the new page it opens click download on the latest one again. it comes in a .zip or .rar so unpack it to a desktop folder or whereever you feel like putting it, transfer your bios to the bios folder. and memcards to the memcard folder. and try the game again.
