Hmm.. I supposed that you can play with that Pentium D because of the GPU. Same with my P4 HT which uses Nvidia 8400 GS.
Oh yeah, and also because of the configuration you have set. Speedhacks, native res,etc.

I don't know if this is quite helpful or not, but if you cpu is low-end, you should use the SPU2-X plugin for Sound, set it to no interpolation (fastest). Idk why, but this idea just popped out of my mind.

Tekken 5 needs a BEAST of a CPU to emulate at good speeds. I barely get 50 FPS with my E8400 @ 3,6 Ghz. The FPS you report are probably caused by speed hack overkill and are false.

and that's why i didn't put it in the list Tongue
i only put the ones not saying anything(fullspeed all the time)

I can play Kamen Rider Climax Heroes http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en...verart.png in full speed with sound but in native resolution.

That is when i was using Pentium 4 3ghz HT, ATi Radeon HD2600 512mb and 2gb RAM..

I think he only used 2 speedhacks. Without speedhacks, at certain condition it won't go on full speed(only my opinion, so don't ask for specs, look at sign)
