I've watched several videos on good configuration tips but the emulator still gets 5-15 FPS. I am trying to play JAK II.

Pc Specs:
Processor: 2.00 GHz
RAM: 4.00GB
64 Bit OS

I am using a laptop so I am using a built-in graphics card. Could it simply be that?

And Jak 2 is a rough one. Unless that's a REAAALLLLYY fast 2ghz processor with 3+ cores, it's probably not gonna be enough :/

Edit: Yep, way too slow.

Just give up and play that game on your PS2.

1) Your CPU is very old and weak for PS2 emulation
2) The game you chose is extremely demanding.
3) It's full of graphical glitches too.

I'm sorry to say it but Blyss Sarania is right on this one. Your CPU just won't cut it for a lot of games including Jak II.
