Library not loaded error?

Hey I just download PCSX2 and installed the Libraries.pkg then opened PCSX2 and I get this error in Terminal.


dyld: Library not loaded: @executable_path/../Frameworks/Cg.framework/Cg

Reason: image not found

Alright so I have my BIOS files. Where do I put it? I looked into the Quick Start Configuration Guide and it doesn't have anything about the BIOS.
