Lighting issue

I'm having problems with lighting in some games (manly Timesplitters and GTA) and the problem is that the all the lights (wall lights, street lights etc...) in the level can be seen through the walls anywhere in the level, nothing game breaking but can get a bit annoying.

the texture filtering causes trouble constantly
u can try to disable or half-enable it to see if tat works

I am not quite sure what you mean. What game? What are your settings? Can you post a screenshot? What version of PCSX2 are you using? What are your system specs?

Just for kicks, did you check the compatibility list to see if there are any known issues?
