Looking for some advice about configuration, help ;)

Hello there
Could you tell me what should be changed in my configuration ? Final Fantasy X works great, altrough it's laggy in menu (but only on the screen where we can choose characters on field, etc.). Other issue is Mortal Kombat: Armaggedon which reaches only 20-30 frames... Oh, I'm using PCSX2 0.9.7.

Windows 7 Home Premium
3 GB RAM
Intel Core i3 M 350
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 M 350

mka is quite demanding whereas FFX is one of the less demanding games.
your gpu is a mobile one which means quite weak.
what is your CPU clocksped ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

Speedhacks? I'm testing them now Tongue Sound is a little bit glitchy but overall framerate is better, thanks

you're welcome, also try to put your 1024x769 resolution to native and see how the fps goes?
Also try MicroVu & SupeVU recompilers and see if you get better fps or even crashes sometimes.

2.3ghz w'ont be enough for MKA without speedhacks.

I guess ticking native res in gsdx options and use some speedhacks will help, but don't expect miracles.

The 5650 is beyond good enough for pcsx2 even a mobile one Wink

Yes, his CPU is big time the limiting factor.
