Lord of the rings return of the king texture glitch.

For some reason when i play Lord of the rings Return of the king. during the final mission. the ground is missing textures.

this is a screen cupture of the game
Also, while this is not my gameplay this guy here seem to have the same problem

I am using:
pcsx2 1.7.5052
 Lotr return of the kin (U.S.A) (this all i know when it comes to the game version)

CPU:Ryzen 9 5950X
GPU: 3080

its happens both on Software and GPU hardware mode.
is there a way to fix this problem?
