I changed my "GS" in "bios/plugin selector" from "gsdx 4600 (msvc 15.00, sse2) 0.1.16 [gsdx-sse2-r4600" to "gsdx 5334 (msvc 16.00, avx) 0.1.16 [gsdx32-avx-r5350]" and my CPU no longer runs at 100% and for a few games it does not lag at all anymore (Yay!), however, some other games do still lag but just not as much (they also still have the dodgy graphics with neony pink and green and striped rainbow textures)
So that is my next problem i need to work on now.. i hope my GPU isnt crap either haha
Also you guys wouldent happen to know what this is?
"microVU1: Cached Prog = [100] [PC=15c0] [List=01] (Cache=3.995%) [2.4mb]
microVU1: Cached Prog = [101] [PC=15d0] [List=01] (Cache=3.995%) [2.4mb]
microVU1: Cached Prog = [102] [PC=0040] [List=03] (Cache=4.039%) [2.5mb]
microVU1: Cached Prog = [103] [PC=0100] [List=01] (Cache=4.039%) [2.5mb]"
I have pages of it and i think it might be related to the graphics issue
