PCSX2 uses only 2 cores not 4 and don't compare PC games with pcsx2.

What are your pcsx2 settings?

i've enabled all speed hacks..gsdx 1076mor something(its supposed to fix the ghosting for gow2 which it has) in cpu settings i have set frame mode to normal.i chose d3d10(hardware) res:1440 by 900 and internal res 1440 by 900

As said before, your gpu may handle high internal res but your cpu is weak for pcsx2 (3ghz minimum for 3D games). Try overclocking a bit and checking "use native res" on gsdx settings.

With 2,3 Ghz you won't be able to run full fps with god of war, shadow of collosus and some other very demandin emulation games.PCSX2 doesn't import console games to PC,but instead it emulates PS2.So it's not like playing pc games which were made to use pc resources.
