It may help.

also you may try to compile the emulator, it has new speedhacks an a lot of fixes. try the SVN 1044

I have an ATI HD 3850 & AMD64x2 6400+ 3.2ghz , and I got 55+ fps.
with the new speedhacks i got 65-75fps!

other thing you could do is lowering the quality of the render in the nvidia control panel.

A Faster processor??
Oo vsub processor is slower than nonsense....nonsense's is a Quad-Core....and vsub is a Single Core I think..
Playing with PCSX2:
nothing now.

Specs:
C2D @ 2.8 Ghz
HD4670 1GB
4GB RAM

I have single core Pentium 4 at 2,8GHz and it's HT(don't compare only by Ghz)

true, I have a habbit of that.. but even so, if pcsx2 is reading his processor wrong it's reading 2.4, not (roughly) 5.7 (my 2.2 reads as a 4.9 on some sites)

actually, a low 1ghz wouldn't be, or at least, not by much
