CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

try also "Constant skipping" (Emulation settings-->GS)
this will skip some frame but not in real-time framerate(Vmax) and also this will smoothen the sound too.
Main PC1:i5-4670,HD7770(Active!)
