Emulog:

You might as well enable the recommended speedhacks. and Also MTVU. You will get better performance. Otherwise settings look fine.

That emulog is AFTER it crashes? It looks like you just started the emu, but didn't run a game.

Edited it, sorry, my fault. Anyway for the speedhacks, i tried them in MGS3, they didn't change nothing so i disabled them.

I'd say you misripped the DVD.
can you please give a try with your original physical DVD + gigahertz dvd plugin ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

I did, because the physical one isn't working anymore. What do you mean with gigahertz dvd plugin?

That's a total cluster ***** to my eyes. Try what jesalvein said. Use original DVD + CDVDgigaherz plugin.

As i said before the original cd doesn't work anymore <.< or i would have played it on the ps2 instead of downloading the emulator and complicating my life. Anyway, i checked that plugin and it looks like it's already in my plugins folder, so i'm using it.

You're not using it unless you set it in Config->plugins'

How'd you get the iso if the original disc doesn't work any more? If you ripped from a bad disc, then that's your problem.

I am using it, i checked it before writing the post.

I don't think it's a problem of bad disc. I tried it sometimes ago by extracting the iso from a friend's cd, it gave me the same error but i just gave up. Now i tried to downloading it from another source ( yep i know it's considered warez, but i have the original copy, it's only not working anymore ) and it gives the same problem.
