MKA Problem
#1
Hello there,

I got 3 PS2 games (Mortal Kombat Armageddon, Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 and WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2010). The last 2 games are running pretty fast without any (or very less) bugs. But Mortal Kombat is running like in slow motion. The FPS is about 45, EE is about 75-90% and GS is about 50%. I´m using PCSX2 0.97 with following plugins:

GSdx 3068 (SSE2 because AMD) 0.1.16
LilyPad 0.10.0
SPU2-X 1.4.0
CDVDnull Driver 0.6.0
USBnull Driger 0.7.0
FWnull Driver 0.6.0
DEV9null driver 0.5.0
Bios: Europe v2.0 (14/06/2004)

In GSdx the resolution is set to native, so I get the best performance.
For WWE no speedhacks are used and for Dragonball I´m using just the recommended.
I tried many combination of speedhacks for Mortal Kombat but nothing is speeding up the game.

My system:

AMD 64X2 6000+ @ 3.10 GHz
Asus M2N-E
2GB DDR-2 @ 800 MHz
ATi Radeon X1950 Pro 512 MB

I hope somebody could help me with my problem.

Adios amigos!

EDIT:

I know now what the problem is. The problem is SPU2-X 1.4.0. I tuned it off and see, the game runs much faster, but without sound. How I have to configure it or there is another plugin I can use?

Thanks

MKA is one of the game that needs strong CPU to emulate, mine got ASUS Rampage III Extreme with GTX260 supported but game only runs at 30-40fps, tried to use speed hack, the fps reached 60 but the graphic was totally down. Enable AA16X makes the game look better but still crappy. Just hope 0.9.7 official version could fix thisLaugh
