Madden 2005 FPS drops, HELP!

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Okay, here are the specs for the other PC. Again, I'm using default settings in the emulator aside from the F9 "trick". Intel Core i5-3230M CPU@ 2.60ghz. 6GB Ram. Intel Graphics 4000. Windows 8. Same thing, 1.2.1 emulator and ISO, not dvd. Thanks.

I suggest you simply play it on your PS2 for now.
that laptop won't cut it either.

Why is the el gato able to record/stream my gameplay on ps3 but I can't even play ps2 games on it?  I don't know alot about emulators but that just doesn't seem right.  Ah well

because you aren't playing PS2 games, you are emulating them.
that's a completely different matter and requires a lot of raw power.
