Mana khemia 2 flicker sprites(1.4.0)

I see sprites usually flicker when moving even in software mode.
0.9.8 doesn't have this problem but it doesn't have round sprites and sprites HW hack like 1.4.0.
Is there anyway to fix it?

It has to do with the emulator not being able to read the iso at the same exact speed as the ps2, As this game has sprite flickering even on hardware from openps2 loader.

I don't think so no, unless the new GSDX works with the old PCSX2.

Have you tried one of the lastest development builds to see it happens on there? This is the first I've heard of this issue.

have you tried playing with the EE and VU rounding and clamping modes? maybe try settings the VU's to SuperVU0 and SuperVU1 to see if that helps.

I set EE clamping mode to full and VU to extra+preserve sign but it's still the same...
Edit:Tried to set VU0 and VU1 to superVU,same problem...

Same problem exists on the first Mana Khemia game regardless of rendering mode.
