Manhunt Freezes after First Loading Screen

Open up Manhunt after like an hour of setting up CRT Royale and making it so I can use Manhunt's Headset settings ( I don't believe this is the issue ).
Game works good, I'm happy.
I watch the first cutscene, I'm invested.
TV Static.
Audio Dies.
Still frame of TV Static.
It has frozen and I am sad.
An hour of troubleshooting later, I am still sad.
Help.
