• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Intel Core i5 4670K, Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 7870 2 GB XT Boost, 4 x 2 GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3, Windows 8.1 Pro x64.
PCSX2-5932-Windows-x86. I have the same problem in other versions (PCSX2.PS2.Emulator.1.1.0.r5366...).
I have this problem only in Medal Of Honor: Rising Sun, Medal Of Honor: Vanguard and Call of Duty 2: Big Red One.

I need Button Settings for LilyPad Plugin.
